In January 1996 , Sri Guru harkrishan Public School/Attari was established under the flagship of chief Khalsa Diwan , since then education from class Nursery to class 12 has been provided to students.
The organization not only imparts Academic Education to students but also gives special education on religious studies, so that the Modern Generation must attach to spirituality and become morally responsible. School also works on vocational skills and training in different fields. So that students can become self-Reliant.
I feel that being an ‘Educationists’ we need to build the capacities of sprit of Inquiry , creativity , Entrepreneurial and Moral leadership among students and become their role models.

At S.G.H.P.S, Attari the endeavor is not only to polish and hone the basic skills of children to survive in this competitive world but also to build in them the ability and insight to respond to situations, empower and strengthen the aptitude to observe, analyze and to make decisions.
The school has always strived to impart a very holistic progressive and quality education to our students. By adopting an interdisciplinary approach to education and laying ample stress on physical, social and life skills has resulted into the all-round development of students.
