Admission to the school is open to all irrespective of caste, creed, religion or class. Students are admitted from Nursery to IX std. In XI and XII grades, it has been decided to admit our own students only but girl students from outside may be considered on merit. Admission in class XI will be on the basis of marks obtained in Pre boards in class X.
Students seeking admission to various classes are required to get their names registered in the months of January and February preceding the session commencing in April. Registration fee is ` 1200/- only.
The admission will be on merit and will depend upon the seats available. Students from other schools will be admitted only if they come from institutions affiliated to recognised Boards. It is binding for such students to take tests given by the school to qualify for admission.
Admission Procedure
- Admissions are open for the new academic session subject to availability of seats in the respective classes.
- Parents/guardians are required to obtain the admission form from the school office or download it from the school website (if applicable).
- The duly filled admission form must be submitted to the school office along with the required documents within the stipulated time.
- Admission to classes Nursery to Kindergarten will be based on interaction with the child and parents.
- Admission to Classes I and above may be granted on the basis of a written test and/or interview.
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed about the date and time of the interaction/test.
- Final selection will be communicated to parents. Admission will be confirmed only after payment of the prescribed fees within the given time.
- Documents required at the time of admission include:
- Birth Certificate
- Transfer Certificate (for Class I and above)
- Previous class report card
- Aadhar card copy of the student
- Passport-size
- photographs
9. The decision of the school management regarding admission will be final.
Eligibility Criteria for Admission
- Admission will be granted as per the age criteria prescribed by the school and education board.
- The child must have completed the required age as on 31st March of the academic year in which admission is sought.
- Minimum age requirement:
• Nursery: 3 years
• LKG: 4 years
• UKG: 5 years
• Class I: 6 years - For admission to Class I and above, the student must have passed the previous class from a recognized school.
A Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school is mandatory for Class I onwards.
- Admission to higher classes will be subject to:
• Availability of seats
• Performance in written test and/or interview - All documents submitted at the time of admission must be genuine and complete.
- The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
Ordinarily, no fresh students are admitted to IX and X standard. Only brilliant students from schools affiliated to PSEB. are considered for such admissions depending on the seats available. For admission, the students are required to produce a genuine date of birth certificate and a school leaving certificate from the previous school. Applications for fresh admission are entertained mainly at the primary level. The registration for admission to various grades is entertained as per the following age groups.
